The Latest Trends…
Your catering department wants to share some of the latest trends in the party planning realm. Whether you’re having a wedding, anniversary party, retirement party, birthday party, or any kind of celebration, we have countless ideas to add that “wow” factor to your event.
The S’mores Station
Enjoy the childhood yumminess of marshmallows, graham crackers,
chocolate & peppermint bark roasted over an open flame. All ages will enjoy this exciting addtion at dessert time.
The Candy Bar
A sweet and simple way to offer your guests a variety of goodies to satisfy their sweet tooth. A color themed Candy Bar is always a great looking way to add fashion and function to your party, but sometimes different bright colors can make your candy bar very festive! A Chocolate Fountain can make an incredible center piece to a Candy Bar and is a delicious way to sweeten your event.
Late Night Snacks
For parties that run late in the evening, Late Night Snacks are the perfect addition to give your guests the energy they need to dance the night away. These are usually bite-sized snacks that are served a couple hours after dinner. A terrific surprise to keep the party going!
Unique Ceremony Settings
Golf Course Ceremonies are very popular when it’s nice weather outside, usually spring or fall evenings. Having your wedding on our golf course is easy to customize with special chair arrangements like a spiral setting, rose petal designs, and a golf cart farewell.
Signature Cocktails
Very popular and trendy… bring us your favorite drink recipe and we can make it a signature drink item served at your party. Whether it’s a “his & hers” selection, themed to your wedding colors, or representative of your honeymoon…you can personalize your party with your special cocktail selections.
Photobooths
This is a great way to commemorate an event with funny props that will have you laughing years later. It’s another great activity to entertain your guests, and provide pics for a scrapbook to treasure for years to come. And the guests get a strip of pictures as a favor to take home.

Let the party expert team Jen & Deanna help you develop your theme into a spectacular event from the menu to the décor…this is what we love to do!
Here are just a few fab ideas…
The “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” Bridal Shower
Feminine, classic with a touch of whimsy.
Guests can wear their best Little Black Dress & glam up with pearls.
That Tiffany blue color pops with pearls, chandelier & champagne brunch!

Sock Monkey Baby Shower
Vintage toys, polka dots, red & brown linen with touches of argayle to welcome someone’s newest “monkey” on the way. Any menu will work for this event, but including bananas as an ingredient will make your guests smile. Carmelized Banana topped Belgian waffles…yum! Check out some of the inspiration boards on-line for fabulous décor ideas.
Couple Showers…a new twist on an old tradition
Why not host a party to include both men & women. Cocktails in lieu of tea, barbecue instead of scones. Whether you want to throw a simple mixer with cocktails & finger foods, or a buffet dinner…we can help you create a relaxed atmosphere for all to celebrate.
Meet our Executive Chef, Dillon Kao

Chef Dillon started at Sweetwater Country Club in 2006 and quickly became one of the stars of the Sweetwater Team.
